What are the payment methods?

You can choose between 2 payment methods: payment through PayPal account and payment by credit card.

Is it possible to pay cash on delivery?

Unfortunately we do not currently accept cash on delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

For shipments with amounts less than €49, costs of €4.99 will be applied with standard delivery (2-4 days) and €7.99 with express delivery (1-2 days).

What are the delivery times?

From the day of your order, for Italy 24-48h, for Spain, France, Germany and Austria 3-5 working days are necessary. The couriers, BRT or GLS, make deliveries from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.

Which courier do you ship with?

In Italy, we entrust our shipments to GLS and BRT; in Spain to Fedex; in Germany, Austria and France to GLS.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! As soon as your package leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor your box 🚚 If you have not received the tracking number, it is likely that your order has not been shipped yet. In any case, also check the messages that ended up in spam - sometimes mailboxes do these tricks - and if you still cannot find the solution or have other problems with tracking, contact us in support via chat (you can find it at the bottom right).

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Austria.

How are products packaged for shipping?

The products are shipped in carefully packaged boxes.

How does the subscription coffee service work?

It's simple, just enter the product sheet, move down under the product images and you will find a tab with "Choose your subscription", you will have to select the quantity that best reflects your consumption and the frequency of delivery. NB: to get free shipping we recommend purchasing at least € 49 of products.

Is there a price list for resellers?

Sure! If you have a VAT number, contact us via chat, email or through our social pages and we will be happy to send you a price list.
