Our History

The passion for coffee is a bond that spans generations, an invisible thread that unites past and present, and that is passed down from father to son with the same fervor and love that accompany every single cup. Our story begins way back in 1962, when we opened the first coffee shop in the heart of Laterza (TA), a small town in Puglia that already at the time breathed the warm and welcoming atmosphere typical of Italian traditions. Since that first step, we have experienced many changes, successes and challenges, but each step has brought us ever closer to a dream that, with commitment and determination, we have decided to build day after day.

This is a story about family, about values ​​that are passed down and about a constant commitment to the pursuit of perfection. It is a story that revolves around a tradition that is never betrayed, but renewed, refined and improved. We have grown over time, but our heart has remained the same: a small corner of Puglia where the passion for coffee is the engine of our every day.

In 1996, another important chapter comes to life: our roasting plant is born. Located in the heart of the Terra delle Gravine, an area that has always inspired us with its pristine landscapes and rich history, the roasting plant is our flagship. It is here that we have created a solid and concrete reality, a reality that is born from the vision of an entrepreneur from Laerto who, with foresight and passion, decided to invest in the quality and excellence of coffee.

We were the first to settle in this territory, and right from the start we introduced an innovative coffee blending technique, which allowed us to create unique and perfect mixes, using only single-origin green beans, selected with the utmost care and attention. Each blend that comes from our roasting is an art, a perfect balance between tradition and innovation, the result of careful work and great respect for each individual bean.

But our coffee is not just a product: it is a promise. It is a commitment we have made to ourselves and to those who choose us, to offer only the best. Each cup is the result of years of experience, study and passion. It is a coffee that is recognizable at the first sip, that tells you about a land and a history that do not want to be forgotten, but rather, continue to live and renew themselves with the passing of time.
